Return Window

 

We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered. All return requests must be submitted within this timeframe.

 

Eligibility Requirements

 

To be considered for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and unaltered
  • In original packaging
  • All tags and security seals intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, any item that shows signs of use will not be eligible for return.

Initiating a Return

To request a return, please contact us at hair@tripzbundlez.net within 7 days of delivery.

Once your request is approved:

  • A return shipping label and detailed instructions will be provided
  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted
  • All returned items are subject to inspection and approval prior to refund

If a return does not meet our quality standards, the refund will be denied and the customer will be responsible for return shipping should they wish to have the item sent back.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
