Shipping and Processing Policy
ASK ABOUT PRODUCTS THAT CAN BE SHIPPED IN 1-3 DAYS.
Standard processing time is between 3-8 business days, Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm Central Standard Time. Our company does not process on the weekends or holidays. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. Please plan accordingly.
Most Bundle orders ship within 2-5 working days. Other items ( Wigs and Frontals, 30"-40” Bundles) have a longer processing time of 5-12 Business days. Although we try to get your hair to you as fast as humanly possible, please don’t order hair less than 48 hours before you need it! It's always best to give yourself at least a 2 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.

* Orders will only remain for 5 working days after placement when phone number is missing or address is unclear. After 5 days, order will be canceled and money will be returned accordingly. Please make sure that you input the correct shipping address and telephone number when placing your order.

Tracking Number
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with tracking information. It will provide you with a link to follow your package's transit progress to its shipment destination. The tracking number will also show on the online order detail link that you are provided within your original email confirmation.
